Four grades of Rajasthan-sourced quartz and silica — from commercial-grade Quartz to ultra-pure Snow White — for glass manufacturing, ceramics, foundry, construction, and beyond.
Rajasthan is among India's leading sources of high-purity Quartz and Silica Sand, with extensive deposits across its mineral belts. GeoCore Minerals supplies Quartz in four grades — from commercial-grade Quartz to premium Snow White Quartz — processed and screened to meet buyer-specific purity and particle size requirements.
Our quartz products span from commercial bulk grades to ultra-pure Snow White — choose the grade that matches your process requirements and budget.
GeoCore Minerals supplies natural Quartz lumps and processed Quartz suited for a wide range of industrial applications. Sourced from Rajasthan's established quartz belts, our standard-grade Quartz offers reliable silica content and consistent supply for bulk industrial use in glass manufacturing, ceramics, foundry, and construction aggregates.
| SiO₂ Content | 95% – 98.5% |
| Fe₂O₃ (Iron Oxide) | 0.05% – 0.3% |
| Al₂O₃ | 0.5% – 1.5% |
| Moisture | 0.5% – 2% |
| Form | Lumps / Crushed / Powder |
| Size / Mesh | As per buyer requirement |
Semi Super Quartz offers a higher purity grade than standard Quartz, with improved whiteness and reduced iron content. It is suitable for applications demanding better visual and chemical consistency — including higher-grade ceramics, sanitaryware, glass, and selected construction uses where standard-grade quartz may fall short on whiteness or Fe₂O₃ limits.
| SiO₂ Content | 98% – 99.2% |
| Fe₂O₃ (Iron Oxide) | 0.02% – 0.1% |
| Whiteness | High |
| Moisture | 0.5% – 1.5% |
| Form | Lumps / Crushed / Powder |
| Size / Mesh | As per buyer requirement |
Snow Quartz represents our premium-grade Quartz offering, characterised by exceptional whiteness and very low iron content. This high-purity grade is suited for applications where visual brightness and chemical purity are critical — including premium glass, high-end ceramics, decorative aggregates, and select cosmetic or filler applications. The superior whiteness index and minimal Fe₂O₃ content are what differentiate Snow Quartz from standard and semi-super grades.
| SiO₂ Content | 99% – 99.8% |
| Fe₂O₃ (Iron Oxide) | <0.02% – 0.05% |
| Whiteness | Premium / Snow White |
| Moisture | <1% |
| Form | Lumps / Crushed / Powder |
| Size / Mesh | As per buyer requirement |
GeoCore Minerals supplies high-quality Silica Sand sourced and processed to meet the specifications required for glass manufacturing, foundry casting, construction, and water filtration applications. Our Silica Sand is washed, graded, and screened to ensure consistent grain size and low impurity levels — available in a range of grain sizes as per buyer process requirements.
| SiO₂ Content | 96% – 99.5% |
| Fe₂O₃ (Iron Oxide) | 0.02% – 0.2% |
| Moisture | 0.5% – 2% |
| Grain Size | 0.1mm – 2mm (as per requirement) |
| Form | Washed & Dried Sand |
| AFS Number | As per foundry buyer requirement |
