What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product. For bagged minerals (Quartz, Feldspar, Kaolin etc.) a trial order of 1–5 MT is possible. For bulk ores (Iron Ore, Limestone etc.), we typically work from 100 MT upward. Please state your required quantity at inquiry and we'll confirm feasibility.
Can we get a sample before placing an order?
Yes — we dispatch physical samples (typically 1–5 kg) upon request. A pre-shipment Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from an accredited laboratory is also provided with every sample. Sample courier costs are typically borne by the buyer for international destinations.
Which Incoterms do you support?
We support FOB, CIF, CFR, and EXW. FOB from Mundra/Kandla/JNPT is our most common arrangement. For ores sourced from Odisha, FOB Paradip is also available. State your preferred Incoterm at RFQ stage.
What export documents do you provide?
Standard documentation includes: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Certificate of Origin, Weight Certificate, and Shipping Bill. Third-party inspection reports are available on request at buyer's cost.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept Letter of Credit (LC at sight or usance), Telegraphic Transfer (TT — 100% advance for trial orders, or advance + balance against documents for regular buyers). Payment terms for larger, ongoing relationships are discussed case by case.
How long does shipment take after order confirmation?
Lead time depends on product and order size. For stocked minerals (Quartz, Feldspar, Kaolin etc.) typically 10–21 days from order confirmation to vessel loading. For larger orders or milled/processed grades, 3–5 weeks. Estimated lead time confirmed at quotation stage.
Are your minerals tested for chemical composition?
Yes — pre-shipment chemical analysis is conducted through accredited third-party laboratories. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) covering all relevant parameters (SiO₂, Al₂O₃, Fe₂O₃, Na₂O/K₂O, CaCO₃, moisture etc.) is provided with every shipment.
Do you supply cosmetic or pharmaceutical grade Talc?
Cosmetic and pharmaceutical-grade Soapstone (Talc) is available subject to additional purity testing and asbestos-free certification. Please specify your grade requirement, destination country, and applicable regulatory standard at inquiry stage so we can confirm availability and documentation.
